I'm not sure if there's a pattern to the bug or not.
It's like for this for about half of every keyboard shortcut in all of Krita. The only way to Undo is from Edit menu, or the Undo History docker. But when I press Ctrl-Z, nothing happens. The Undo function, for example, is still set to Ctrl-Z. When I open up the keyboard shortcuts dialog ( Krita Settings > Configure Shortcuts), the shortcuts I've customized or left at the default setting are still there. In the past (in Krita 2.8.x) I had problems where Krita would completely forget my custom shortcuts. Some of the default keyboard shortcuts, and some of my custom shortcuts don't do anything.
